23 Project will:

Pray

• Our prayer team will be joining you – praying for you, your family, and your church as you prepare and experience your sabbatical. As you forward prayer requests to us, we will forward these to our prayer team. 

Fund

• Provide up to $15,000 to your church

Support

• Provide assistance to secure one week at a designated lake house or mountain retreat in North Carolina.
• Provide 7 sessions of sabbatical coaching to be paid by 23 Project

Sabbatical Funding Recipient will:

• Provide a key contact person on Elder Team
• Schedule a minimum 8 week sabbatical within one year of grant
• Participate in sessions of sabbatical coaching with Brian Lowe (including one with elder team)
• Agree to maintain anonymity of the Board of Directors for 23 Project
• Schedule Brian Lowe to preach at your church once during your sabbatical
• Submit a written report at the end of your sabbatical to 23 Project and your church
• Provide financial report of sabbatical expenses within 60 days of return 
• Use funds for expenses according to sabbatical plan
• Provide receipts of expenditures to his church
• Through your church furnish 23 Project a report of sabbatical expenses
• Be listed on 23 Project website as a Pastoral Sabbatical recipient
• Affirm agreement with: Types of Churches
