Matt Rawlings

Matt has been married to his wife Julie since 1996, and they enjoy exploring the outdoors together with their six children and one granddaughter. Matt has always had a passion for the local church as a primary means of God’s grace in a believer’s life.

After helping start a college ministry from their local church to George Mason University in the early ‘90’s, the pastors in his church asked him to leave his IT career and pursue pastoral ministry. He has been serving the church in pastoral ministry since 1999. Matt enjoys helping other pastors thrive in their ministry and helping to equip the saints for the work of ministry.

He helped to start a church plant in Canada from 2000-2007, then relocated to South Carolina, where he now serves as the Lead Pastor for Redeeming Grace Church, in Simpsonville, SC. Matt also serves Acts29 as the Area Director for South Carolina.
