When pastors partner with us, the support does not stop at funding. We place a family to support each partner pastor for a full year by praying for them, sending encouragement, and caring for their whole household.

Most pastors will never tell you how heavy it gets. The late-night phone calls, the financial strain, the loneliness of leading when no one asks how you are doing. And their families feel it too — the spouse who holds everything together, the kids who share their mom or dad with an entire congregation.
So we built the Pastor Care Program. It is a behind-the-scenes ministry of prayer and encouragement that walks with every partner pastor and their family for a full year. A card in the mailbox. A prayer lifted by name. A gift that says: we know you are there, and we are grateful.

We Pair Supporters with Pastors
Every partner is paired with a supporter through a thoughtful matching process. Both parties are carefully selected and mutually agreed upon to ensure a great fit.
Supporters Make Contact Regularly
Supporters commit to consistent contact through prayer, handwritten notes, care packages, and remembering birthdays and anniversaries.
Prayer Anchors All Support
All support rhythms flow from prayer. Regular, faithful intercession is made for the partner and their family at least monthly for the full year.
Supporters Receive Guidance
Supporters receive monthly prayer updates, encouragement ideas, and key dates so they always know how to care well throughout the year.
